Whites Fine Jewellers

I went there yesterday. There where 3 possibly 4 staff. I went to pick up a watch and a Broken chain. First they called my jewelry too CHEAP to fix. Poor choice of shaming language. Then they couldn't find my husband's watch bought by his deceased mum for about five minutes causing anxiety. To top it off I had to leave the store because even though the poster said 2 customers only there were 5 other people in a small confined shop. It's a Covid nightmare. I was then snapped at because I chose not to personally handle the receipt after I had seen the lady touch atleast one item beforehand that she tidied away without hand Sanitizer. I left embarrassed and frustrated.

Absolutely love this place.. Been coming for years and it's the best jewellers I know. The owners are incredible, polite and helpful.. Always recommend to anyone

very friendly and helpful ....I was in the shop a while choosing a nomination bracelet and charms ....nothing was to much trouble ....will definitely be using this shop again .

My son had his ear pierced and the lady was absolutely lovely

Absolutely Brilliant Jewellers, Staff superb and very helpful too.

Not very trustworthy, sends watches to a third party for service/repair.
Not very competent in his work, struggled with a Breitling watch link and
my wife's, watch was missing the original winding crown. Not very happy
would never use again. Shame. Maybe you should study Horology instead of trusting others to do your repairs and charging more than double the service price!!!
