Colonia Jewellery

Last weekend I placed an order for two items of jewellery from Colonia. Shortly thereafter I received an email to say one of the items was out of stock but that delivery could be arranged for 23/24 Nov if I could wait until then. I responded that this was fine and asked if I could be informed by email when items were on the way. Yesterday I received an email from Helen to say items were being posted yesterday. I was delighted when my order arrived this morning. Two lovely pieces of jewellery and delivered much earlier than expected. Very impressed with Colonia - not just for the perfect jewellery but for the superb communication. I will definitely be shopping here again. 100% recommended! Jan Parish, Lincoln.

My friend and I were visiting Lincoln for the day and went in hoping to try on a few watches that we had seen in the window. As we entered the shop we looked toward the male sales assistant who was engrossed in a conversation with another customer. We were not acknowledged so walked on past him toward the display of watches we wanted to try on. We waited patiently for a few minutes but was still ignored. I approached the male assistant and said "Excuse me could I please try on some watches" to which he replied "How rude. I am talking to a customer" to which I replied "You are the one who is rude as you didn't even acknowledge us when we came into your store!" Needless to say my friend and I were so shocked that we left straight away. Such a shame as we had such lovely customer service everywhere in Lincoln apart from this store!

We purchased an engagement ring today and the lady was so helpful. She really helped us to find the right and most perfect ring. Such a beautiful ring and wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.

I recently wanted to buy a pendant for my daughter and went to Colonia as it is an established independent jeweller. The service could not be faulted. I had difficulty making a decision but with the help and patience of the staff I eventually bought one which they had made up for me. One happy customer and a very happy daughter.

Recently purchased a watch here. The owner was absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and very happy to help. More than happy to spend money here again. Highly recommended!

Placed an order , money was taken, there was no email or order confirmation ...rang and left a voicemail the only way to make contact no email? No one returned my call. A week had passed rang left another voicemail.. fed up so continued to ring that worked they answered to say they are having problems with the new web page and stock levels refund was issued. Why change a web page at the mouth of Christmas.

Lovely shop, both Helen and Ian couldn't be more helpful in helping me pick out my Wife's diamond ring. Will go back again and recommend to my friend's and family 💍😁

Excellent service went to look at rings and the lady ended up cleaning mine hope to back and purchase said ring maybe in the future
