This shop deserves praise for above and beyond service.I had a new battery fitted at an other jewellers and after many attempts they could not reset my watch.I proceeded to take the watch to hinds in Ashford .They not only reset the watch and rectified the issue but didnt take any payment.Staff are all so friendly and are very knowledgeable .Nothing is to much trouble for the staff.Will always make this my jewellers of choice from now on.

I can't express how very help full and how good the staff are at the Ashford branch. They are out of this world. Not only in the help they give us but also in there knowledge of all the items that they sell. And also there patience that they have. I can't express how helpful Katherine has been with my partner. She has the patience of a Saint. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a present for a loved one. Thank you all so much. Keep up the good work. Kind regards Martyn.
