DREADFUL. refused to exchange a gift with receipt - policy allegedly but my partner is adamant he WASNT told it couldnt be exchanged as he wouldn't have spent that much money on something he wasnt sure i would like (forgot the one I showed him). He understood it wasnt refundable but NOT not even exchangeable. I suspect he is the one telling the truth as christmas is a peak gifting time and when the store is busy not sure the protcol the shop insists is legal is strictly adhered to. you can return on line so what's the difference????. DO NOT BUY EARRINGS AS GIFTS EVER FROM THIS SHOP. in fact buy on line as the service is better.
even high end jewellers will exchange gift earring - in fact the higher end, the better the service. They are acting like a market stall! surely at this time of year the manager would have some sort of gift policy. customers should be asked to initial the receipt to say they understand there is NO return/exchange allowed, they wouldnt buy if a gift then!!!

Very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. They delivered my order by hand when it was ready.

Absolutely brilliant service. I purchased a Swarovski watch in Cyprus and it was faulty. I took it back to the Norwich store and was offered an exchange straight away.

I went into the store today and was served by jasmine and another one of her colleagues both were very helpful and friendly which helped with the Christmas cheer
