If you purchase anything from this shop that is not fit for purpose, be prepared for a certain member of staff to be very very rude and aggressive towards you, not recommended at all.

I went to this jewellery shop today looking for a gold chain. I have shopped here before with no problem. We went into lytham on Monday only to find it is now only open for part of the week so we returned today. I found the lady in the shop to be rather rude and spoke in a manner that has made us decide that we would never buy anything from this shop again. It is a shame as we where looking for an 18th and 21st present and weren't particularly bothered about the price.

Avoid the place, not a jewellers, more a fancy goods shop run by rude and incompetent people. Staff turnover is high. Shop seems to open when the owner feels like it.
