Gave them a watch that belonged to my late father. It had broken glass. Which had damaged all the internals. Handed it over for a restoration and 7 weeks on was given a fully working watch. New glass. Hands. Dial. Crown and all internals such as cogs, and whatever else rebuilt. Cost was reasonable and the staff at Burnley were soo respectful and glad to help. Full of smiles. Awesome people.

I've used Bury, Burnley and Manchester Ernest jones, Bury is now closed and Burnley should be, rude staff especially the store manager Kelly. She makes you feel very uncomfortable and is just plain rude. There was a time where I rated that Ernest jones highly, I won't ever go back into the store. Plain Rude.

Me and my partner purchased an engagement ring in May and 5 months late a stone fell out. Went to the burnley store after contacting customer services who advised I had to go back to store. Kelly the manager was lovely and ordered a new one no questions asked. Told me when was due it that date came and went and no call to say had arrived. I went down and was greeted by 2 miserable girls who was not very nice to me. I noticed a dent in the ring and they told me it was just where the sticker had been. I took it home and my partner said it was dented I was dreading going back to be honest after the rudeness I received. So I went back and dealt with Kelly the manager who was lovely with me and explained her staff shouldn't of been like that it is not the experience she wants someone to have. Finally after nearly 4 weeks of no engagement ring on my finger Kelly finally got me sorted with amazing customer service was lovely and understanding towards me and my partner. Thank you.

Been waiting near two months for a ring to be repaired, when the ring was repaired I could not collect it due to the person behind the desk not knowing what they are doing, go told they would sort this over the weekend, however didn't. Phoned them for them just to pick the phone up and ignore it, still not sorted out collecting my ring.
Customer service is atrocious unless your spending money.

Wed 23 June..went to Ernest Jones to look at some watches. Was Assisted by 2 Very nice ladys who were ever so helpful, I looked at a few watches before I decided to buy a casio Edifice which was on offer. It was a very nice experience due to the very nice nature of the staff that day. I look forward to visiting the shop again for my next watch. THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I'm afraid I had a negative experience yesterday when trying to purchase a watch. Assistant miserable and very cold attitude. They didn't have what I wanted but I thanked her anyway for her trouble but she didn't respond or look me in the eye. Bizarre really. No offers of helping me locate what needed. Ended up ordering a watch from Beaverbrooks.
