Went here earlier today with my girlfriend who wanted to reduce the bracelet size that she received as a gift, however despite their website saying we can, the representive said we needed reciept. Makes no sense since it was a gift. Couldn't even pay to get it adjusted.

Staff not particularly helpful, they were rushed and just wanted people to purchase quickly and move on.

I went to return a bracelet that was gifted to me because it pulls on my arm hairs and is uncomfortable.
The girl that was serving me took the bracelet out and made me put out my hand so she could put it on my wrist and see for herself if it pulls on my hairs…she said it didn’t under her breath, clearly no confidence to actually say it out loud.
What was the reason for her to do that, if I have a reason to return the product? Was she expecting it to pull on my hairs right then and there? Because if it did pull on my hairs because of her I would’ve taken further action.
Not only that I was standing there for a while before being served whilst there were at least 5 other people working in that shop and only 3 of them were busy with other customers, they even looked at me and didnt bother approaching me until I had to walk round to ask someone for help. Terrible customer service, they need better training I dont understand how they got the job in the first place
