We bought our wedding rings recently from Krishan’s, the service was excellent and super fast! I also asked if they could fix and clean up a very old watch that belonged to my late mum, which they did, and were so kind. Thank you so much for this. All

Took a watch in to be given a price for a new second hand. The work was too expensive so collected. Upon getting home and opening the envelope there was a large scratch down the face of it. When i rang to discuss they denied all responsibility, wouldn’t even let me bring the watch in to show and discuss. I said i had a picture of the watch without scratch, days before it was taken in….was told that didn't matter, wasn't them. When i said that wasn't very fair he literally said ‘tough’ which was a real shock.

Im now going to have to pay for a new face.

It’s basically your worst nightmare when getting a quote on something.

I would consider getting any repairs here carefully or buying anything because after care service will be met with absolute refusal

The service is excellent. I had my engagement ring repaired and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. He also cleaned my wedding and eternity ring while I was there. Thank you so much. Very reasonable great value prices too, highly recommended.

I am the person who bought the battery and you called a tool. I was not rude, agressive or unreasonable. I will leave it to readers to decide if it is good customer service to call a customer a tool. Going back to the issue I feel you do not understand the law. ALL goods sold by a retailer in the UK are governed by the Sale of Goods Act. That act gives customers certain rights particularly if they are faulty or cease to work within a certain period of time. I think most people would agree a brand new battery operated watch should last longer than 3 weeks. I would suggest you were required in law to change the battery. Most watch manufacturers issue a guarantee. However this is in ADDITION to a customers rights under the sale of goods act. In the past 5 years I have bought 2 watch straps and 4 batteries from you. In the same period my partner's family has used your shop on 4/5 occasions. None of us will return, unless of course my watch ceases to work within a reasonable period of time.

Need to add the person is very friendly and patient. Due to work commitments I could not turn up to collect my order for a few weeks and no once he was unhappy about it. Quality repairs and good practical advice are what you can receive from this jeweller. Victoria Porter

Myself and my family have dealt with them for years always been great.Today my partner went in to get a new battery ,watch only bought three weeks ago.Owner was not very nice,called him a tool.Will not be going back.In shock not like them.
