Super helpful staff. Needed to exchange a ring for a smaller size. They went out of their way to organise ordering another ring and having it delivered. Noticed staff being friendly and helpful with other customers too. Very impressed.

Karen served me, she is extremely rude, arrogant and doesn't seem bothered at all. Kept insisting to buy more items which I didn't want, she made me feel pressured into joining the pandora club. Horrible experience.

The woman Karen is extremely rude, and made me uncomfortable. She didn’t stop pressuring me to buy stuff and it was overwhelming. Didn’t get to browse in peace.

I love this shop. Today i bought earings, and if you spend 59£, you can get charms for free. Ovidiu made our visit extremely nice, he was very nice and patient and his customer service is amazing. Thank you so much❤️
