3 stars rather than 5 sorry, we went in for wedding rings, the staff were lovely but the manager (or team leader, not sure) was rude and abrupt, the poor girl serving us was clearly scared of her. The way she spoke to her was disgraceful. She's clearly on a power trip.

The rings are lovely.

Really dissatisfied in the service I received. I ordered something online and was waiting and waiting for a confirmation text to collect it. With still no text it email I went to the store where the item was in a cabinet. I asked the lady at the till I was collecting my order and she was incredibly rude. My order wasn't ready and is seemed like such an effort and inconvenience for her to get it out of the cabinet for me (after all she was very busy bossing about here colleague). There was then no paper in the printing so he asked here colleague very abruptly to put some in it. No attempt of any customer service was given. And why she is allowed some ghastley long blue talons on here fingers is surely against any uniform policy and gets in the way of her opening a cabinet. Needless to say I will be returning the item and purchasing it in a Jewelers who care about their customers.

Went in to purchase wedding rings for me and my partner. The two ladies that helped us originally were very friendly! The manager however did not impress us at all from the get-go.. first off she complains to us after another customer left the shop stating that she 'told' her she needed a bigger size and she was stupid, she didnt listen and an hour later had her ring had to be cut off. We then left the shop happy with our purchases.
On returning to collect our rings my partners was fine but mine needed resizing. They did not size me in the first place but i had been wrongly sized in another shop. I left wanting the next size up to my ring but felt pressured into getting two sizes up, which i would of had to pay for although it was a fault of theirs for not checking my size in the first place.. instead of rectifying this they blamed the lady who served me. I then left the shop and phoned again when i got home to say i only wanted one size up. The manager was persitant in saying they are trained to do this etc which i understand but to tell someone that the size is 100% not going to fit their finger after they stated that they wish to lose weight etc is incredibly rude! When i returned with my mother in law to collect my ring she started rudely saying 'because its too tight' which then my mother in law stopped her to tell her it does fit and she rudely told her to leave the store so another colleague took over and had to apologise on her behalf. We will not be purchasing from here again once our guaratee' etc are done with. The manager needs to be sacked!!!!!

I brought a watch and when i went to return the watch, the manager in the store was very rude, she told me silly reason and did not accept the return request, only the manager spoke rude to me, you need to change her. No one will buy things from there
It Stevenage store, the tall lady with spectacles in black dress, i did not notice her name. Her looks are even wrost she is looking up and down with rude behaviour

Not many collections, I think it's better to shop online and collect in their store. Staff behaviour not that's appreciable, not all particularly one girl I felt she wasn't very helpful to me. Though never mind as long as I don't care what she did but for people out there be mindful of that.😎

Went to look at wedding rings and was helped by Taskia. Other shops had made us feel awkward or pressured she gave good advice and seemed genuinely focused on what would best suit us and what we were looking for.

Went to pick up a long awaited repair on a watch. There was some confusion over insurance policy details BUT the person dealing with us sorted it out and was friendly and communicative.
