Brilliant service today! There was an issue with one of my charms, and they replaced the bracelet and a few other charms. Really happy with what they done and treated me. Definitely will go back there again, for more cleaning. My charms are spotless and they took good care of them.

Lovely bright shop nice layout more important staff was very helpful and polite not all the staff the young girl in there is amazing the guy is ignorant and ignored me so if you want to help and advice on a gift and a lovely wrapped gift with a really pretty bow go and see the young girl in there with the brown hair

The Store Manager and her colleague were extremely helpful today and after receiving such bad customer service from the Sutton branch, Wimbledon brought back a loyal customer. Excellent service

Unfortunately even though I was ready to spend a considerable amount to buy a charm bracelet and charms for my god daughter. (As I knew what I wanted) I was told to just order online as they are too busy in store with just one trainee and 1 customer in store to serve customers. Despite waiting 10minutes and so sold made to the current customer. You would think with stores opening post Covid customer service would be key...
