i had a piece of jewelery re made from my mums engagement ring for my partner . Wave did some beautiful designs based on what i wanted . They re made the ring from my mums gold ring . My partner and i are so over moon with the final ring , the service and how they guided me through the process .
the final result was better than i could have ever hoped for .

Wave were amazing, especially Leah who from the get go helped me plan, design and get made the perfect engagement ring for my now wife Natalie. I knew nothing going in and she helped me every step of the way. Nat loves hearts and Leah helped me create an engagement ring with a heart shaped diamond as the centre piece. The service was outstanding and we went back for wedding rings, which again for Natalie was custom built to fit around her engagement ring. This is a super little jewellers especially if you're looking for something a bit different, with superb customer service. Had a bad experience at another jewellers leading up to our wedding 3 years ago, went to see Leah in the Kendal store who immediately put us at ease and had a beautiful diamond wedding ring made in time for the big day. Definitely recommend!!

We love Wave, the jewellery, store and staff are all fantastic. We booked our wedding very last minute and Paul pulled out all the stops to ensure our rings were ready in time, despite what seemed like an impossible timescale. He even offered to have our wedding rings delivered to us in Cornwall if that gave us a few extra days and ensured we had our rings for the special day.

My husband surprised me by taking me here for my 40th birthday to choose a new diamond ring. The staff were so helpful, attentive and kind. They made me the most beautiful and stunning diamond halo ring. Totally in love with it! We will most certainly return here. The experience was perfect. Thank you very much.

Bought my engagement ring from Wave, they carried out a resize job which resulted in a diamond dropping out the next day. They told me the work was covered by the warranty. They're now saying that because they've moved to online trading they won't cover their poor workmanship and I should get it fixed myself at my cost.. personally I would avoid spending big money with them as they appear to be charlatans.

Store had issues with the web site but as soon as they were aware sorted it out immediately.Would recommend and sorry web has let them down at this point as they have great products.I will hang on as the earrings they had were exactly what I wanted for a present Support your local store
