Bought an omega a few years ago. Wasn't holding time needed service to become fully functional again. Louis told me I could return the watch or pay for a service from omega and he'd pay half. I paid for the service then he fobbed me off about the other half of the money until threatened with court proceedings. Unhelpful.

Lewis did a great job on servicing my dads watch. We cannot fault the craftsmanship, care and attention to detail. We will continue to use him for years! Many thanks
