RIP OFF ! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP ! After purchasing a expensive engagement ring at this shop, after two months of wearing the ring. Stones fell out the ring, tried to return within the 12 months of purchase for a repair under warranty. The shop was not understanding at all, very RUDE, and ending paying for the repair my self.

GO TO A DIFFERENT JEWELERS

I had to have a ring resized in this store three times and had to pay for it even though they had previously lied to me about not having to pay for the resize.

I went into this store and received rude customer service from the store manager on multiple occasions.

Took watch in for a battery replacement. They broke my watch and it took over 2 months to get it back. And when it did come back my watch had a scratch on the face.

Avoid.

Excellent customer service, not pressured into buy anything, very helpful staff and very patient, we eventually make a very expensive purchase, and was given an additional discount, Brilliant.

Really good, friendly, attentive seevice from Lauren. A good selection and nice store.

Watch was faulty. Left the store with it unchecked. Had to get it replaced in an alternative branch the following day, once realised. No quibble replacement.

Well kept and organised, walked in and help was given by a young lady, looked and found what I wanted then the help began, organised everything for me to pick up from where I lived, a surprise gift for the wife(eternity ring), advise given for what to do if its the wrong size. I'm good it wasn't thanx for the help.

Enquired about a repair to my signet ring. The store assistant was very helpful and revolved my issue in a quick, professional and timely manner
