Initially the girl that served me was helpful but I asked to pay on Klarna so I could spread the payments and she obviously didn’t know how to do it as she put it through the card machine and when I queried it she told me that was how it was done which having used Klarna on many occasions I know isn’t but rather than call someone over she just kept saying the same thing so I left the shop feeling very frustrated and won’t be going back. Much more helpful staff in the Portsmouth branch.

Laura the assistant was great we had ordered online and exchanged in store internet was playing up but she remained professional and went above and beyond with great service

On the ground floor of West Quay Shopping Centre.
Lots of lovely pretty sparkly rings, necklaces, & of course the very popular bracelet with many charms for both the necklace & bracelets.
Be prepared to queue as its nearly always busy, the queue does usually move quickly, with very pleasant knowledgeable assistants to help you choose that special something for you or a loved one.
But expect to put your hand deep in your pockets, as you will spend quite a tidy bit of money here, one charm can be from £25 to over £70.
There are offers on from time to time so you can grab a bargain. If your a fan you really dont mind paying for that lovely charm which will add to the story of your bracelet.
And you cant go wrong with a present from Pandora trust me they will be thrilled!

Although the store was packed due to holidays season, Aytan went above and beyond patiently to serve me and showed me everything that I wished for. She is a true gem to the team and always with a smile in her face. You made my day!

Great customer service, I love the personal touch but they are badly in need of more staff only three people working, one customer per staff member, and a queue out the door. Waiting far too long for what should be a simple order.
