I have bought jewellery here over the last twelve years and had repair work done on two occasions when I have damaged rings. They provide an excellent, topnotch customer service. They offer bespoke pieces and their prices are incredibly competitive. I live in mid Wales and travelled there recently especially to find an individual piece that, in time, will have huge sentimental value. I was thrilled with my purchase.

I have bought many items from this very friendly firm....I now live in Portugal, they will post out to me n when I visit UK remember me n do the utmost to accommodate....no other jewellers than this one. I recently had to go to Kendal and I noticed a lot more jewellers....but there is only one Kendal Goldsmiths...excellent!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Friendly, welcoming and professional, I took my casio Gshock watch in for a new battery which was promptly sorted for me and i was very happy with the very low price.
Unfortunatley my watch went faulty within a few days, so i took it back in and unlike a lot of large brand companies they accepted responsibility straight away and took it back in to try and rectify the issue, they kept me informed all the time but had to concede that they couldn't fix it but without hesitation offered to replace the exact watch without charge which they have done and they travelled forty odd miles from Kendal to Preston to deliver it. What more can i say FANTASTIC PEOPLE AND JEWELLERS

The staff here, specifically the lovely lady who served us, are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome.
