Absolute disgusting service, searched and found 4 items in stock travelled 40 mins to have my money taken and no items given, appalling service avoid like the plague

Jess the Assistant was marvellous...friendly, obviously loved her job and the Pandora products and was so helpful and knowledgable about the range. We went in to look and came out with two beautiful items of jewellery. Much nicer experience than the Pandora shop in Enfield. I shall go back there when I next want Pandora items/gifts. Jess should be a Manager as she was inspiring and if others were trained by her customers would definitely return. Enfield branch could do with a Jess in their store for sure.

The manager at this branch is discussing the way she speaks to her staff is shocking she leaves her staff to deal with problem customers when she should be getting up and helping them some management she is. This whole problem started with a repair that has taken so long the staff have been great at explaining everything but I’m just shocked that a manager can speak so rudely when she doesn’t think she can be heard.

Item I bought at Christmas for my daughter bracelet with little jewels in that only came out on national release dec21 or so was advertised a jewel fell out threw no fault of ours .. was told even with receipts abs national release last Christmas it had to be sent away to be repaired which was in aug . Was told by the assistant abs manager it would be about 6 weeks which I was give for as I’d heard nothing from pandora I contacted them myself to then be told item was with repairs and that it was 8/12 weeks that’s up to 3 months on the repair if at the time with my receipt if I was told up to 3 months I would of pushed for replacement I was told on phone that assistant was wrong on the 6/8 weeks fir repair repair how can a manager who served me with assistant be so wrong was told done one would get back to me after contacting the repair company yesterday and nobody bothered to .. absolute joke

Really excellent service. Can be busy at times.
Visited again today, staff again couldn't be more helpful and tried hard to help with keeping presents secret.

Was served today by Joe; he was welcoming, enthusiastic and just a lovely person. I went in with something brief in mind and he was very helpful and found something that I love - give this man a promotion!

If you are looking for a free bracelet when spending over £100 - forget it. I've asked if they do have those bracelets, because I've chosen a few charms for my daughter and sister, girl said yes, so I picked what I wanted. Apparently, at the end it came up that they run out of those gifts. Why not to tell in the beginning?

Very busy but staff coped well .
Plenty of items to choose from so all in all nice shop
