Went into Ernest Jones in Colchester to buy a Ladies Tag Watch. I was served by a lady called Tracy. Tracy was so professional and polite and really helpful. Took her time in explaining all about the watch to me and all about the insurance. Because of her help send advice I brought the watch and am really pleased with it. Thankyou Tracy foe the excellent customer service you gave me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of choice and even if they don't have it in stock, they ordered it in and sized to requirements within 2-weeks. A good customer experience!

Dropped in to replace a wedding band. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had all the rings I'd viewed online in the store for me to look at. I should get my order in a couple of days...happy... yes.

Bought our wedding rings from this shop. The staff were lovely and really helpful! Tracey especially went out of her way in helping us choose our rings. With the threat of another lockdown on its way she hastened our orders to ensure we got our rings for our wedding day. The shop itself has plenty of styles of jewellery on display and I’m sure the staff would go the extra mile to help!
