Don't buy from here! Me and my family have been very good customers to Warren James, having bought several pieces of jewellery from there including necklaces and earrings.
First of all many of the items were advertised as previously being a lot more than they are currently being sold for, this must be a complete lie, the jewellery is of an awful quality. Me and my sister both purchased a pair of earrings, both pairs backs snapped off the earrings and were completely unwearable. I was given a very reluctant replacement despite the fact if had them for less than a week, and I felt very blamed for the whole situation. Today my sister tried to take her necklace back for the second time, the first time the pendant fell off and it was replaced, this time the chain had snapped and we were met by a very rude and ignorant member of staff who refused to see from her point of view. I'm very disappointed with the quality and service we have received from the staff and the manufacturers of Warren James. Don't buy from here, save your money and buy from other jewellers, this is the only shop we've ever had issues with in terms of jewellery.

This is an extremely unprofessional jewellers as I took my necklace back into the Chelmsford Store as my necklaces clasp broke and the store clerk wasn’t helpful at all as she said that it was down to an accidental brake which it wasn’t as I put it on and the retracting lock mechanism completely fell off and luckily I saw my necklace on the floor when I was out otherwise I would have completely lost my necklace.

I took my necklace into H.Samuel as stated by the Warren James staff member and both the store Clerk’s in H.Samuel and one was the Deputy Manager both said that it’s not down to negligence due to wear as the entire clasp was broken and the Deputy Manager said that it’s a manufacture issue as it completely broke and not just the spring, the Deputy Manager also said that the necklace is also SILVER PLATED.

I wouldn’t recommend going to Warren James for any jewellery again.

Very good jewellery shop at low prices and always have something you want

Popped my head in for a couple of gifts but didnt really get inspired, the store was a but of a mess and the window displays were a bit shabby it just looked like cheap stuff youd see in a dodgy market stall but good prices for what they do sell, me I'd rather go elsewhere.

Such good value for money. So many good buys here, especially great for silver jewelry and swaroski crystals in my opinion

Beautiful jewellery at affordable prices

Was bought a necklace from here by my son in April its already tarnished like a rusty colour not impressed very poor quality ........no products came into contact with it nor was it ever worn in the shower so despite following the advice given from staff instore the jewellery is cheap

Love this shop the jewellery are so beautiful and the prices are so good I could buy lots in here and the staff are so lovely and friendly ❤👍
