The staff here are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been here a couple of times and each time the staff member was very jolly, happy to see me and very willing to help me. Most recently I was assisted by Paige who was great! Great selection of jewellery too and if not they will order it for you without any hustle - I ordered a ring 2 days ago and it was delivered to the store today!

I went on cyber Monday, there was a huge queue as expected, but I didn’t mind, all the girls were super friendly, dealing with the rush well, I was served by Beth, she was very helpful and welcoming, and I appreciate her helping me find the charm that I wanted :) x

Clean well managed shop, we recieved excellent service from a lovely member of staff. We visited here due to my bracelet as it kept coming apart (I thought it might just be me) but when the assistant saw the problem she went above and beyond service, she exchanged my bracelet and safety clasps. It was such good service we also brought another item. I would definitely return 😁

A great store with the usual range you'd expect from Pandora. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with helping you find what you need. A good range on display and available within the store
