We had a situation this days, my wife she didn't read the instructions and her ring get damaged. The staff replaced the ring without any additional cost. Regarding all the bad reviews this company has in general I would recommend just because the experience in this situation was treated with high professionalism. Anything you buy this days they have instructions for use and they need to be understood. My wife she was very happy for getting her Swarovski ring back. Many thanks for the ladies who helped us with replacement!

Bad customer service, I bought necklace cash and second day I went in to return it.
She said I’m sorry we don’t have cash ( how come big company like Swarovski doesn’t have 145 £ cash)

I needed to exchange a ring. Canterbury didn't have the right size so they found the right one in Bister Village, and had it sent to Bluewater for my collection. They did all of that with nothing in it for them. Excellent service.
