Pandora Chesterfield

Yet another store hiding behind terms and conditions and warranty’s. Jewellery not built to last yet we are the ones penalised and patronised by the assistant manager when it’s raised with the store. We were advised we would have to pay for the repairs and my fiancé pretty much blamed for the fact these rings had snapped. These are rings 2 & 3 to have snapped in the last few months. Cheap jewellery and poor service. Would avoid.

Been in today with my mum to buy her a ring for her birthday. Ended up buying a bracelet and earrings for my wedding next year. The woman who served us was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for all the help. Back soon to get a necklace to finish the set off.

Served by little blonde Amy today who not only delivered the most pleasant customer service, but colour matched 3 charms for a gift for my partner that I never even thought possible! They’re absolutely perfect and she absolutely loves them!!! So Amy, thank you for your service and thank you for the most perfect gift❤️ (TIAB)

Great staff, always happy to jelp

Went into this shop today and was very disappointed at the service. We some how managed to get served by someone who clearly didn't want to serve us and was not in the least helpful or pleasant. I think you need to review your customer service. Certainly won't being going in there again.

Great store, very helpful staff, great problem solvers with a different IQ LOL Big difference to Mansfield store.
Think Mansfield store needs to take a few tips from here will visit again.

Really disappointed, arrived in store after ordering online, then I arrived at store to be told that one of my items was not in stock ( a charm ) but the bangle was......

Luckily I spotted one of the charms I needed on display and the store assistant offered that to me.

All in all this was very disappointing!!
