Stunning Goods but sadly due to COVID19 a very quiet shop

Really kind and helpful staff, I regularly shop at Swarovski and this is by far the best customer service I have received in any store. (Wandsworth Southside shopping centre)

Frustrated with yesterdays experience in the southside store. Good display however some of the items were incorrectly priced.

6 necklaces clearly priced £95.00 but when you get to the checkout you’re told you have to buy the necklace as part of a set and pay £125. Even though the rest of the set is nowhere to be seen.

I spent 20 minutes in this store yesterday, signed up to their membership and ended up walking out with nothing. Frustrated with wasting my time and the false advertising.

The staff were friendly and agreed several items were Incorrectly priced however this doesn’t mean I should be prevented from making the purchase.

I’ll probably return but not to this store.

A nice variety of Swarovski jewellery, wad very happy with my purchase for Christmas present 🎁void customer care beautiful designs.

Amazing service and lovely staff, I had a problem with my bracelet and they sorted it then and there - very happy :)
