Best jewellers around! After being told by another top end jewellers a ring I had could not be resized. Kings hill said that’s not a problem we can do that for you, and what an absolutely beautiful job they did at a very reasonable price too! Can't recommend the service at Kings Hill Jewellery enough. After my partner had my engagement ring made with Kings Hill we returned a year later to buy our wedding bands. We received so much guidance and were given a huge option of rings to choose from. After selecting our rings we were on a tight schedule to have them delivered which Kings Hill were able to accomodate and they are absolutely stunning! The team also offered complimentary polishing of my engagement ring which has come out so beautifully - it's as if it's new again!

I purchased an unworn Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue from Kings Hill Jewellery in late April 2021. When I received the watch it was exactly as advertised so I am very pleased with the purchase. I also appreciated the confirmation email from sales associate Max ensuring I was aware of the potential duties I would have to pay to ship to Canada. I was but I appreciated the follow up in advance of fully processing the online purchase.

Normally I would rate Kings Hill 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that my watch took approximately one month to be delivered. I have purchased watches from the UK before (to ship to Canada) and they have only taken a matter of days to arrive, even post Brexit changeover in 2021. However in this case because Kings Hill used UPS as their shipper the delivery took 29 days, 25 of which my watch sat in processing facilities in the UK. Taking an entire month to ship is not what I would consider expedited delivery as UPS states nor is it worth the cost when alternatives such as DHL and Fedex are able to deliver much much faster for a small amount more. (I later found out DHL & Fedex don't rely on the Royal Mail service to process customs clearances but rather have their own staff and facility for that which is why they're able deliver so much faster).

With that said I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another previously owned watch from Kings Hill in the future, I would just request they use a different shipper for my delivery next time.
