Mel and the team in Exeter were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for me when I was procrastinating over two different wedding rings. They went above and beyond. Fab communication, really pleasant girls, excellent customer service and a gorgeous, high quality wedding ring delivered on time! Highly recommend.

Came in for an engagement ring today with my partner both members of staff were friendly, attentive, not pushy and gave good customer service.

We went to both Goldsmiths and another independent jewellers in Exeter and both failed to even greet us on entry or offer any help.

Go to Beaverbrooks you'll get better customer service. Thanks especially to our assistant Tara for helping.

Warm welcome in, had to wait just a few minutes but straight away was acknowledged. All the staff are lovely but a special shout out to Tara!!! I knew what I wanted but didn’t know if it could be done. Tara knew what I meant, read my mind and showed me two beautiful rings. She made our experience of wedding ring shopping more than we could of ever asked for. Unfortunately mine had to be especially made, Tara worked hard to make sure this could happen & today, with just a week to go we had the call and have our beautiful rings ready to go! I had some issues with my engagement ring (no fault of theirs) and the staff at Exeter beaverbrooks were extremely helpful and kept me updated all the way through until I got my new ring. Every person I spoke to was so lovely!

We have bought most of our jewellery for our forthcoming wedding here. The staff are amazing and not only recognize us each time, but also remember things such as our proposal and engagement details. Anneka and her colleagues can't do enough for us, and the personal touch means so much. Also our jewellery items are beautiful. Would give more than five stars if I could.
