I went to By Design to get an engagement ring resized and they were amazing. Very reasonably priced and had my ring back to me within a couple of hours. Staff were super friendly. 100% recommend!

Friendly and professional service. They came up with a much simpler and better solution to resize a bracelet than I'd expected. Probably a very small job in their terms but I was still made to feel like a valued customer. Very pleased.

The repair is really good as well, really happy with the results.

I have had problems finding a jeweller to resize my large silver ring. Hatton garden and many shops said they couldn't do it. I took it to By Design who not only resized it for me with no problem whatsoever but also had it ready in 2 days. The customer service was second to none! Highly recommended.
