Returned an item because it unfortunately didn't suit me - returns process was quick and easy and refund arrived in my account promptly. Ordered the garment of my dreams, a fantastic kimono to wear to a wedding. It arrived within two days, and most certainly didn't disappoint, it was even better than I hoped. They are a lovely company and can't recommend them highly enough, they deserve to thrive and I will certainly be shopping with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

My kimono is really lovely, very pleased with it. My silver studs were not included but on contacting I was assured this was a mistake and they would be sent.

Purchased 100 stars short kimono. Very wearable and lovely quality. Wanted to buy a throwover for my holiday so disappointed it was out of stock. Have to say though, Otis tried his best to find me one.

Absolute gem of a shop in the heart of the Cotswolds. Fortunately for me it’s located in the town I work so I get to pop in whenever I like. I own some fabulous pieces and I intended to own more! Lovely service and advice every time. A pleasure to visit every time!

Excellent and efficient service and delivery from A&G. My sister bought me a pair of opal earrings for my birthday last year and I've been a fan since. I'm undecided whether to keep the moonstone earrings I've just bought or give them as a lovely gift...too nice I'm keeping them! I first came to the shop when visiting my sister in your area a few years ago.
She KNEW this was a shop I would love. She was so right. Presents bought from you followed from her as I don’t live locally (London with no lack of shops! ); you were my first stop each time I visited her.
One particularly favourite purchase was a heavy silver bangle which I’ve worn virtually every day for 3 about years now … it was my talisman during lockdown.
Then she moved away so I’ve been shopping online ever since. Have also introduced a friend who shopped online. But I WILL be back and hopefully soon.
