Great service, helpful staff. The few times I've been for engagement and wedding rings I've had lots of help and they always look after me!

Fab service and very helpful staff, store is well kept and cared for. Plenty of selection to choose from too!

Very poor after sales service.
I bought my wife a wedding ring for 1k in September 2018.
We recently noted that one of the diamonds was missing so my wife took the ring back to the store and was then advised by the manager and her assistant that the ring was bent and looked like it had been knocked and this had caused the diamond to fall out, firstly I didn’t realise shop assistants in Ernest Jones were also jewellery appraisers anyway after advising my wife in no uncertain terms that there would definitely be a cost involved as it was damage caused by the wearer.
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT A WEDDING RING SHOULD AT LEAST MAKE IT TO YOUR FIRST ANNIVERSARY.

Please bare this in mind when you are buying wedding jewellery from Ernest Jones poor aftersales and the jewellery won’t make it to your first anniversary.

Luckily I won’t be getting married again but I assure you I wouldn’t buy from Ernest Jones if I got 99% discount.

Ellie was amazing at assisting us with a birthday gift, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I can't recommend this store or her enough and all the staff are really nice and caring. Thank you for everything Ellie, you are a star.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
