Pragnell is a beautifully relaxed and refined atmosphere. The expert staff are on hand for exactly what you need. Mike was awesome and helped me find a stunning diamond bracelet for my wife. He was supremely helpful in guiding me to find the perfect style. He was also incredibly knowledgable and insightful about the stones and the precious metals they are set in. The shop is the best and most luxurious experience for buying jewellery in London. Future lifelong customer!

After purchasing a watch in 2019 I went back to Pragnell in Mayfair a couple of weeks ago. Mike Dewey and his team provided my family and I with exceptional service. I was looking for a specific watch which Mike was able to show me as well as some stunning jewellery for my wife's birthday present. Mike spent a lot of time with us and made the whole experience very special. Will definitely be going back.

After spending the day in London and visiting various watch dealers I was feeling dejected and upset at the service I had experienced. The staff I spoke to were extremely rude, looked down on me and did not want to give me the time of day. I walked into Pragnell’s in Mayfair just by chance and I am extremely glad I did.

I was greeted immediately by Anna Gray and I can honestly say it was the best customer experience I have ever had! Anna showed me around the showroom, offered me refreshments and took her time to get to know me, so that she could recommend the best watch for me. I was extremely surprised, as this was a stark contrast to all other experiences I had at other watch dealers.

Anna was very polite, knowledgeable, honest, fun and took a personal interest which went above and beyond. Anna even took her time to show me around the showroom and discuss the future plans they had and all the other items they do. I was made to feel apart of the Pragnell family. Although I left not being able to purchase a watch, I had the biggest smile on my face and that was purely down to the customer service I had experienced from Anna at Pragnell’s. Thank you Anna! I will definitely be shopping with them for all my needs going forward. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Anna Gray, who was lovely. Aside from being knowledgeable about Rolex watches, she was a pleasure to speak to. This has been by far my best experience with the major Rolex authorised dealers in London and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Went in to the Mayfair boutique for two consecutive days last week whilst on a trip to London to purchase some exquisitely designed jewellery and register interest for certain watches.
I was wonderfully dealt with by Emma, who is a true gem and an asset to Pragnell. She was knowledgeable not only about the jewellery (suggesting a bespoke piece) but also about the various watches we are interested in. She took the time out to get to know me, my wife and our buying preferences. We felt welcomed and the attention to detail was unrivalled. As overseas visitors, such an experience was by far the best we have had at any of the Rolex ADs in London.

5 star service! Spoke with Pragnell Mayfair a few months back about a watch that I was interested in. They managed to source the time piece for me as well as effortlessly move me between sales associates. This is a huge factor as I was not forgotten about during the handover.

Ellen called me to say the piece is ready for collection and booked time in for me the next day. Upon arrival we were welcomed and seated in their showroom which is absolutely beautiful. Offered drinks and felt very comfortable.

Everything from the time we arrived, payment, a special gift and walking out the door was memorable. Ellen is a professional with excellent knowledge of her industry. My first luxury watch purchase was a milestone and she made it more than I could have asked for. We were so pleased that we immediately asked for a similar piece for my wife. Ellen offered advice on size and model that was invaluable, ensuring we purchase a piece that will age well for years to come.

I managed to book a last-minute appointment with Lyndon at Mayfair, on Friday, 29.10.2021, to discuss a timepiece I am interested to buy for my wife. I work locally and was there 15 minutes early. Peter kindly let me in. Everyone was professional and courteous. I politely declined to the offer of a coffee as I just had one before leaving my office. Lyndon and myself had a brief chat before he presented some alternative timepieces as the one I am interested in is not available. I like the simplicity and beauty of one of them and ended up keying in my pin several minutes later. Lyndon informed me that they could hold onto my (well my wife’s) first crown until we collect it sometime in December. I was extremely happy that I now have something special for my wife. I had a pleasant time at the store, made more special and memorable by the item that I purchased. Thank you to Lyndon, the show room team and Peter at the door. My family will be back in few weeks’ time to collect it. Thank you !
