Absolute joke of a company .... brought items ... didn't fit (even though they measured us.)

Told to get the correct size I would have to order a completely different ring and pay extra even though that was the one we liked and they made the error (somehow) when sizing us up ... *(by the way both rings were the wrong size) no communication about the fact that his ring couldn't be 're ordered even though I specifacly asked and was told it wouldn't be an issue, as he was not there on the day i collected.
Customer services useless and a company just out for profit. Avoid at all costs ...

Took my watch there to replace my battery first they said it will cost this much then afterwards they said they didn't have the battery and come next week. Took my watch home and saw two scratches on the display the tossers had done on it. Never going there again.

no real gold all plated only . I bought a single earring , it’s should be 9 K gold but the colour changed after two weeks and when I back to the shop they tried to clean it but it’s not back yellow as first when I bought it., and they refused to refund it because it’s earring and not refund as they said!!

Had an appointment for a piercing they were Clean, friendly and quick. There's always room for improvement but nothing worth mentioning (I'm no Karen), will definitely be revisiting this store.

I was looking for my son a sports watch and browsing in your Slough Store.Your sales assistant Melinda M came over to me very approachable and welcoming.She helped me choose the watch and was very polite and friendly.I was happy with her service and finally bought the watch from her.A great service from Melinda.

Jake the Manager & his team are so good and thank you for all your help choosing rings etc .

I was attended to as soon as I entered the store, staff were ready and helpful. Very professional would recommend highly.
