Shop great but online CS is non existent. I ordered 3 items of jewellery & received the emails about 2 of them & received those 2 items. The 3rd i heard nothing about & i have not received the item. Tje money debited my account for all 3 items. As soon as i said i had no order no. for the lady on the live chat, she ignored me. I rang the no. & no-one answered. Im getting no help. I havent got the item & don't know what ti do

Went in to get a link taken out of my watch. The staff where excellent. Was in for no more than 5 minutes but treated me as if I was buying a fortune. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Interesting, pleasant staff. We were able to point out an item online (that they were unaware of), and they kindly ordered it for us. The website at home would not work properly for us.

All the company it a joke, ordered a ring online to arrive in the shop , after 2 weeks of waiting, no emails from them, no calls, no contact , i go to the shop to see it closed, and they reopen in another week(to late for birthday party). They accepted the order in the shop, so i cannot cancel untill they re open and the refund will take another 3 week's at least. They don't care about the customers, after they take the money. It last time when i get something from them.

Awful experience with engagement ring. Bought online and picked up at Ipswich store, initially in wrong size but got it sorted at Stratford Westfields (on way home after I proposed in London). Fiancée had only worn the ring four times and not to work when she noticed one corner of the clasp had broken and a small diamond was missing along with a scuff on the metal. Store wouldn't refund or exchange without cover and I was quoted 198 pounds to fix (ring was 500 initially). After refusing to pay, I was told to pick up the ring which my heavily pregnant fiancée went to do to find a hand written sign saying the store was shut for refurbishment. I honestly feel hussled - certainly will never buy from H Samuel again and would suggest you don't either - go for a local jeweller instead.
