I have used this jewellers for the past 20 years. It is a family run business and Jim and his family always make my wife and feel welcomed, as if we are the only customer he deals with . I recently commissioned a new ring for my wife. Jim was most understanding and helpful with it's design, and extremely empathetic as we were dismantling a family air loom in order to to create this new ring. From start to finish we were kept informed, including the sourcing and sizing of new diamonds for the piece. Jim was patient, understanding and professional throughout. It was clear that when we collected the ring that he was as pleased for us as we were of the outstanding quality and beauty of this very important piece.
