I started work here last month. It is a great place to work with a highly knowledgeable manager and a great sales team which I am proud to have joined. Come and see us for all your jewellery needs.

I was there today and looking at the display I saw a lovely 9ct gold bracelet advertised for £49.99.
The representative came and showed me the bracelet for me to try on. I agreed to the purchase. At the till the lady tells me that the item is not £49.99 but instead £399.00!! I was told unfortunately the bracelet was misplaced from another tray and the best they could do was 20% off the £399.00 asking prize at the till!!
I spoke to one of the representatives in charge which she refused to tell me her name. She told me she has the “right” to remove the bracelet from the sale for 24 hours and I have none to complain to trading standards.
Just spoke to them and I am now going to make a formal complaint on the grounds of “INVITATION TO TREAT”.
Spare any replay with kind words to protect your name. I have tried many attempts at the store and on the phone with your management to rectify this matter amicably. You denied. Enjoy this negative feedback.

I went into the Hemel h Samuel branch 2 weeks ago and I was greeted by a young lady called Lucy, she was extremely helpful and great customer service! :)

I was for a gold chain and 2 ladies names Lucy and Sonja was extremely helpful and great customer service.

I was looking for the ring for THE ONE and I'm so happy I came into this branch. Staff super helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my proposal plans. Btw she said YES!! Words can't describe how happy I am. Thank you for your precious help Lucy and Ghazala.

NOT MANY SHOPS IN Hemel wished there was more .

Ordered a g shock for the hemel Hempstead store the customer service I experienced over the phone was five star even phoning me when that watch was ready for collection.....top stuff 👍

Just bought some Gold Hoop Earrings, I was served by a very friendly girl who helped explain what the difference was between gold and silver mix, I had no idea so this was very helpful. I was told she is only Christmas staff but I think H.Samuel should keep hold of this one.
