Barbara the Manager was incredibly helpful in solving a problem I had with purchasing my Fiancé's Wedding ring. She was very reassuring and made the whole process a breeze!

Wanted a exchange on a watch worth £125 as there was a colour fade on its belt. I was served by the "Duty Manager" at the honslow store and it was thursday. When, I requested for an exchange stating that the colour on the belt was faded .The duty manager blammed me for using and returning the item.He also pointed out as to why I came to exchange it after 12 days (the ernest exchanged or refund policy is within 30 days of purchase if I am not wrong). I was totally suprised as I had not even tried the watch on my wrist since I wanted to exchange it as I spotted the colour fade right after I got home after collecting it in store.
What a shame on Ernest stores. They sell damaged items to customer .And when the customer ask for an exchange or refund on it they get blammed for using and returning the item. By one of the well trainned Ernest store "DUTY MANAGERS".
I would rather buy a decent watch from local vendors on hounslow high street for as low as £20 . I am pretty sure that they do not sell damaged goods to their customer or treat the customer the way highly trained ernest store "DUTY MANAGERS " do.

Visited as I needed a replacement battery, which involved returning the watch to the makers. Excellent care and attention to detail.
Apologised when the junior assistant had to raise a query with the person attending to me.
An altogether satisfactory experience.

I have been in this store on many occasions looking to purchase a watch for my husband. I have never been approached and the staff do not seem interested in assisting customers.
They just stand there in deep conversation with each other and practically ignore customers.
After seeing the watch I want to buy in the store, I have decided to buy it online instead.

Good store. Very nice and friendly staff. They have a good collection of Watches but not as big as the Oxford street store but still very nice. My wife surprised me by buying a Tissot for my 30th birthday from here and even she mentioned that staff are sweet and helpful.

today I visit this store and I made a purchase I was deceived by this lady. I definitely do not recommend it

Helpful staff and quality items. From the moment we walked in store there were pleasant smiles welcoming us. The selection and quality of items were great, lots of rings, earrings, chains to name a few for the missus to choose from. Always recommending Ernest Jones highly. Thankyou😁

They provided me with incredible customer service in what was my first purchase at Ernest Jones. They all knew their stuff, were super friendly and exercised great patience.
