Good selection of jewellery, even had some things that were out of stock online. However was approached by three of the members of staff about a special necklace offer for Valentine's day...... after telling the first person we weren't interested didn't expect to be asked further times. Wasn't that busy that they wouldn't have known we'd been asked. But otherwise the assistant that helped us was knowledgeable and friendly.

I went in to see if they could help me with my necklace that I bought online, and I didn’t have a receipt with me. I was greeted warmly by Tim. Tim looked up my order on the system and went above and beyond my expectations alongside his assistant. Thank you very much for your brilliant Service! 👍

Spoke to a member of staff about getting a new watch battery, was told it may take up to 4-6 weeks because of the water resistance so they’ll have to send it off. I told her that I would think about it and come back.

Returned 5 minutes later only for the individual to inform me that they don’t want to change the battery because they were afraid the watch might get damaged during the process. But they didn’t tell me this earlier when I visited, huge waste of time and was misguided

I bought my granddaughter a pendant on a silver necklace for Christmas. Unfortunately when she was at the gym she felt something was wrong with the necklace. It had broken. Luckily she caught it straightaway.

We took it into your shop with the receipt. The assistant took it away. Came back and said it had been stretched from 18 ins to almost 20 ins and that was why it broke. My granddaughter had not stretched it and to be honest I cannot see how this could be stretched almost 2 ins! The shop assistant was quite dismissive.

When we left the shop my granddaughter was upset but didn't want to go back into the shop as she felt upset and didn't want to be caused any further stress. At no point did the assistant ask to see the receipt so it was obvious she had no interest in helping us.

I was shocked at such cold and poor service and do not feel I could recommend your customer service.

Bought an engagement ring from here. I paid for the premium care and had it regularly cleaned by H Samuel.
Went to get it Rhodium plated and was given back to us broken. Went off for a repair which took 2+months. Several weeks later the same part was broken. Had to fight to return it in store who then said they would order a new one. We gave back our broken sentimental ring for a replacement. We then received a email saying it was no longer in stock. Returned to the store and they no longer have our ring and stock is discontinued. The whole brand is disjointed and no one seems to know what they are doing. Everyone I have spoken to has been rude and dismissive. We will never buy from this brand again.

It's always good to go in an actual shop to try watches on. This store is as you'd expect an H Samuels to be, displays are good and staff are helpful. Prices on online site appear to be the same as in store
