Pandora Westfield White City

I'd like to give a wonderful praise to Jolanta, from this store in the Westfield branch, which I've visited on Sat 18/06. My go-to shop is Canary Wharf as it's the closest for me, but this is my 2nd favourite! She's been so-nice! I've asked her for so many different designs of charms, rings and even chains and she's been super helpful, friendly and showed me options I didn't think of! I had a few items in mind when I walked in and I went home with so much more. Jolanta has been really on top of my shopping! Take good care of her, you've got a treasure girl there! :D

Massive shout out to Andra. She was literally a heaven sent when I went into Pandora on Saturday. She literally made my whole weekend. She gave such helpful advice regarding my purchases and made sure that I felt well looked after. She ensured that I also signed up to the Pandora Club so I’ll definitely be seeing her again on my birthday for another purchase!

Had a lovely experience being shown different options by Maider! Probably the most friendly and kind customer service I’ve ever had! She really knew when to tend to us and when to give us time, not pushy at all and very helpful! Ask for her if you go there!

Great customer service at pandora white city last weekend, we were welcomed by the lovely Shumaiya at the door who ended up serving us too! I was planning to just get one bracelet but ended up doing the 3 for 2! She wasn’t too pushy and gave us enough time to make a decision, ask for her if you visit!

I can’t fault her customer service skills. She was friendly, polite and very helpful.

Yuliia is an absolute credit to Pandora, she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we was looking for.

Amazing service from staff at Westfield White City Pandora. Emily and Shumaiya were kind, friendly and so understanding of the issues I had at a different Pandora store. They listened to me and resolved my issue and also gave extra information so that I would be more informed the next time I came to shop with Pandora. I absolutely will be buying more charms from Westfield Pandora and hope to see these lovely ladies again !
