Spoilt for choice. Always find something to buy whether as a gift or special occasion. Good value with some decent reductions if you visit at the right time.

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp about a necklace that broke (I had tried to get it repaired from a store before but was told to wait after covid) and was told to travel the 40 minutes to my nearest store of Gunwharf Quays for a repair or replacement (I had the text messages to prove this conversation). I arrived at the store and was served by a young blonde girl. She told me no store did returns anymore and no store in the UK stocked my necklace. Then I was told I could exchange my necklace for the value it now was of about £44 (not the price it was bought for), I got the necklace up online and showed it was available online for £115. After saying this was not good enough I was told ok I could exchange my necklace for the value of £115. I wanted the same necklace as it was a birthday gift. I asked to see the manager and was told I had to wait 30 minutes - I did and allowed my parking ticket to increase. Within 5-10 minutes of the manager (Ria) speaking with me after her break she had the problem solved - she found the necklace in Southampton, rang their shop and had it waiting for me - she really salvaged this experience. I did drive of an extra 30 minutes to collect the necklace and I was happy to get an exact replacement . I really can’t get over my initial experience at the store - from being lied to that no store had my necklace to trying to scam me out of only getting an exchange worth £44 - just absolutely shocking customer service. But a massive thank you to Ria.

Great selection glad the ornaments are featuring again ....at ine point there was just jewellery pieces. Service was great and store well appointed and clean.

I was really impressed with my whole experience at Swarovski yesterday. It's a really nice shop with the products well displayed but most impressive of all was the team of friendly, helpful and very professional staff . I will definitely return.

Staff were very helpful. Helped me find my ring size. It is an outlet store so dont have all their products but the product they do have is largley discounted. The lady we spoke to was very kind and easy to talk to. She even reccomend another jewllers to go and get a wedding band for my partner.

Went in for a browse and was approached by Phoebe. Although she was new she couldn’t have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help me find the phone cases I wanted and I ended up buying both. Her service was remarkable and she was honest. Very good visit. Will be back!

Great jewelry, figure's. The watches look lovely. Price differ some nice but expensive other's nice and a good price. Item's range from earrings to necklace , pen's and great figurines.
