Purchased pair of earrings for my Mum for her birthday Thursday 22nd JUNE 2017. Found out she already had that set so went to shop on Saturday to change them THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND despite the fact they had not even been removed from the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED....

I absolutely adore Swarovski it's the only branded jewellery I own. The family always knows what to get me for birthday and Christmas.

The staff here are amazing so helpful as they allow you to try on the product and take a picture. I love their free magazines having the chance to look at upcoming collections.

Nothing against this store, just the brand itself. The quality of the product is awful, bought a promise ring for my girlfriend, ensured I picked the most expensive one presuming the quality would be the best I could get from this brand.... gems fell out within a few days, took it back and had it replaced for the same problem to reoccur. Then, the cheap quality of the ring made her finger go green where the ring had been sat, awful quality, do not at all recommend.

What a lovely shop the sales assistant was lovely and very helpful

We went to swap an item we bought in the Trafford centre and the staff were super friendly, polite and happy to exchange the item, we also tried on several alternatives during our time and didn't feel pressured into buying more. No doubt we will be back again (help my wallet!)

Staff were helpful and kind mannered. Range of products was appealing and offered a wide variety of things.
