Visited this branch on 1st November about half hour after they'd opened, 1 customer being served, 2 members of staff. Ignored by young lady member of staff who was openly talking about going upstairs to eat a bag of crisps(!) I mentioned to the older European member of staff i was looking to buy a diamond ring, i showed her 2 which were below her in the display cabinet, she then informed me there may be more further down the shop and to look myself....
She also said if they didn't have my size I couldn't order a size in due to Covid-19 lockdown......?!
I was now the only customer in the shop so I wandered to the otherdiamond rings, whereby the other girl appeared mentioned the crisps again (!) and they both disappeared out the back totally ignoring me or asking me if I'd seen anything I liked!!!
I walked out went to Ernest Jones who's staff were attentive, knowledgeable and got a great sale!!!!
Customer service training needed at HM Samuel ....

This is the best place in Enfield for Quality Watches. What else is there to say.

I love this branch of H. Samuel. Such a good range of watches. Never disappointed. The sales assistant was so helpful and friendly. Plus many other products in there . Could spend several hours browsing. Highly recommended by me!

Came here today, asked my watch to be fixed, which I bought here. I have been told that it would be a battery change but should be sent away to do it. They wanted to charge me £47 for this. This is ridiculous, I'm sorry. So much fuss and money for a battery change? Rip off shop, I won't return, thank you.

Daughter bought me diamond ring for my birthday and literally wore it once in evening and diamond fell out!!! I took it back hoping they would exchange it only to be told they would have to send it away for repair and I would have to pay for it to be repaired!!!! I was disgusted, absolutely 😡 fuming. Will never ever buy from them again and I will inform everyone of the same. Disgusting!!

A good range of watches. The member of staff who assisted us was very helpful.
We found a watch we liked and decided to check it's price elsewhere before purchasing.
It was available on the watch shop at a cheaper price and they offered to match the price. Due to this we bought the watch from them.
Good service and worth checking the prices before purchasing.
