You need to listem to your customers and not judge them for wearing shorts and a T shirt !!
I visited here with my fiancé of less than 24 hours to buy an engagement ring. As soon as we were let in I asked the women to see some rings but not to disclose the prices to us. Call me old fashioned. If I was there alone it wouldn't matter but we want the ring to be special and about us, not how much. First thing the woman does is show my fiancé the bloody price!!! Now we all know how big a sale you lost that day.

Very pleasant experience buying an eternity ring for my wife of 20years. Helpful assistant who did listen to our wishes presented us with several options all of which delighted my wife. We chose one of the first we'd seen and the payment process was handled discreetly. All in all, highly recommended.

My husband bought my engagement ring here 13 years ago and wedding ring 10. I still go in to have my rings cleaned and am welcomed like an old friend. For beautiful jewellery and warm but professional service I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else

My most sincere thanks to the wonderful Cathy who is absolutely delightful. She was supremely patient, understanding and encouraging; nothing was too much trouble and she was determined I should have the design I had envisaged (despite it not existing!). She must have dismantled half the window display to show me the different options available as I tried to explain (rather badly) what I had in mind. The results speak for themselves as the finished piece is complete perfection.

Talking about disappointing, first off I would like to point out this is a jewellery shop not a pub or poker hall so to knock on the door to find out the price of a piece of jewellery I really liked in the window to find both members of staff sat at the table with drinks, a empty bowl and playing cards, blew my mind …. We was invited in and I was show the piece by one of the women while the other lady continued to sit at the table ( which is meant to be used to encourage customers to sit down and look over items not playing cards ) and you would think maybe there was on there lunch well it was around 3-3:30ish. With enough said the ladies was clearly more interested in there game of cards then a sale , so we left. Note: having 20% off everything signs in the window will never help when you have staff give poor customer service. First impressions are important.
