Came in for the first time to buy my best friend a gift for her 21st birthday. Zoe was so helpful and friendly. She beautifully wrapped the gift I’d chosen and even asked what colour ribbon my friend would like. I left feeling like I’d made the right choice coming to Swarovski and will definitely be returning.

Incredible service. I had purchased a tennis bracelet for my wife some time back, which she loved. One day the clasp broke and so it ended up in the back of a drawer. Eventually got round to taking it to the Swarovski store to see how much a repair would cost and to our surprise the kind lady simply replaced it for a brand new one without any questions. Such a nice surprise in this day and age. 👍👍

As a family we have shoped at Swarovski for many years. My mum visited the Bromley store recently to renew her membership and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The next day we realised my mum had left her wallet in the store. On ringing, again all the staff were extremely kind and reassuring. On collecting the wallet, I was again met with great customer service.
