Fantastic. Kind and professional. Mr Nelken (and the other staff) resized my mother's rings, advised on a couple of new replacements and repaired and reset her platinum and diamond engagement ring. Mr Nelken took great care to get everything exactly right , which was difficult as she has arthritis in her hands. He gave a fair estimate and did not charge more even though the work was more complicated than anticipated. We will definitely return to Nelken Jewellers in future and cannot recommend highly enough .Thank you!

We had several items beautifully restored and repaired, and also purchased a new item and traded in some gold and silver. Mr Nelken was, and is, very courteous and explained everything in simple terms; he has a very nice way about him. In conclusion, we received an excellent high quality service, which we have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Mr Nelken is the most helpful jeweler I have ever come across.
I have had a problem with my very delicate bracelet for a while and he always fixes it with patience and care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are so helpful too. Best jewellery shop around.

Nelken have done a fantastic job in restoring an engagement ring from 1950 to be even more glorious than original but without changing its appearance. A replacement diamond for a lost stone, strengthening of the stone settings together with addition of gold to allow the ring to be resized. So sensitively worked on as they understood the sentiment behind it. Thank you so much.

Mr Nelken fitted a bigger winder button on my 83 year old mums 1970's Tissot watch as she struggled to wind it. I went to collect today and he made no charge at all.
Good old fashioned service is still alive & well at Nelken Jewellers in Borehamwood. The shop has been in the town for 40 years with such great service I can see why. Thank you again 👍
