Disappointing experience and service I had today in this store! Just because I asked for a gift receipt, an Asian shop assistant was extremely rude, rolling their eyes when I only asked for one
receipt. Apparently he didn't know what he was doing there, maybe a new assistant? that isn’t a problem when someone is polite and deal with clients in a profissional behaviour. So, to make shorter, the manager came and sorted it out politely in a second. Easy! Something simple that can be avoided if the staff is well trained.

Would highly suggest to go if you’re purchasing a gift for someone. Best customer service specifically from one staff member called Francester aka Frankie. Gave us a lot of options to pick from, was very patient, knew exactly what style we was after and gave us a great conversation. Give that a women a pay rise… next time I come back would only want to be served by her 100%. Again give her a pay rise !!!! great investment for the company.

Not good costumer service.
I walked in and nobody bothered to ask me if I needed some help. I was standing for some time, until someone gave me attention.
I’ve asked for something specific, so I didn’t wanted to have that much attention anyway. The seller was looking and paying attention elsewhere, wile talking to me. I’ve asked if they could pack as a gift, she said yes and at the end she didn’t even bother.
Very disappointed.

Stuff were nice, Maia took good care of us she was very helpful and explained everything in details,thanks to her I experienced the other branch but it wasn't this level of care,thanks to Maia again

Most big retail companies never seem to realise or appreciate just how important customer service is as a representation of the brand. With this in mind, my wife and I would like to thank Jade for her outstanding service during our visit to this store today.

Jade is courteous and cheerful with strong positive energy at her work. She obviously knows the product lines well, was exceedingly helpful and provided great advice and feedback throughout the 30-40 minutes that we were in the store.

This is exactly the sort of positive customer service experience which brings clients back to a particular brand/store and generates invaluable positive word-of-mouth publicity.

They are 5 stars. I bought a necklace for a friends birthday. She was very happy and I didn't pay too much for it. Sellers were kind and happy to help.

Great customer service from Alicia. My visit didn't start in the best way because my order was cancelled. However, Alicia shown me different options to replace my order. She was kin, patient and friendly trought my visit. A credit to the company.

ZERO STARS!
Great stuff, TERRIBLE staff. They weren’t attentive, served other customers that walked in later, I loved and wanted to purchase a ring and they refused to help me find my size so I went to the other Swarovski store on Oxford street that was 0.4 miles away and bought the same thing and a necklace. The staff in the other store were the complete opposite of this one. Helpful and kind and made me feel good after the awful experience I had at this store. I was made to feel small. Might shop online or go to the other branches but wouldn’t recommend going to this one. :(
