Worst place ever. Very bad customer service. I had to exchange something which i bought 3 months ago and they treated me like i was there to get something for free. A complete ripoff. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Bought an item and it was damaged the same day. Took it back and they said they would charge to repair! The sales person was rude and raised the voice. Very poor customer service.

I purchased earing for my daughter on 28/08/21. Earing was broken the day after she wore it. I took it back to the shop, they wouldn't exchage or fix it. Very useless staff and the owner, the staff ask me to pirchase another pair instead of fixing. Very poor customer service and poor quality.I would give them 0 rate.

Appalling. Came to collect parcel at the stated time. Went to collect when they were open, but got laughed at and they said they will not give me my parcel with no reason given. Surprised this hasn't closed down yet due to awful customer service, never go there. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.
