Fantastic friendly welcome from Gabrielle!

Very dissapointed as I had been wrongly advised on the phone that Boodles could value my diamond ring purchased by my father in 1998 from the Chester store for my mum. I inherited it after the death of my parents. I made the journey today only to be told by the young salesman that they no longer do valuations. He really wasn't bothered at all. Very dissapointed indeed that a shop of this standard could be so dismissive.

odd aggressive security guard very un friendly on this basis I would never recommend this shop to anyone, I am more than happy for management to contact me about this!! he would not give me his name and was provocative I am a business owner who is smartly dressed absolutely no need for his rude abrupt manner!!!

Andy was very friendly, helpful and had all the time in the world to help us with our purchase, thank you for a pleasant experience
