We asked Sonkai to create a new engagement ring by 'up-cycling' some older jewellery. They took a real genuine interest and really helped us through the choices available to make the most awesome unique ring for my lovely girlfriend.

I just wanted to thank the team at Sonkai for the amazing repairs that they did on my wedding ring. The ring is 20 years old and was my mother’s wedding ring before becoming mine, it was custom made so it is a unique piece. As it is white gold, it needed re-rhodium plating as it had yellowed over the years. It had also bent out of shape and developed a fine crack on the underside of the shank.
I chose Sonkai for these repairs as they carry out work in-house and would not have to send my ring away to carry out the work required. I was also impressed by their custom work as it’s truly unique and beautiful.
The team were extremely patient, answered all of my questions at consultation and made me feel confident that they would provide the best care and service for this very sentimental piece.
The work was carried out to an exceptional standard, I was amazed by the results and the ring now looks like it did when it was first made. I had my engagement ring resized a couple of weeks ago and have just ordered a bespoke wedding ring from Sonkai. I cannot recommend them enough! I was left without an engagement ring after being told by another jewellers that my unusual ring was poor quality and would fall apart if resized, which left me devasted. I took it to Sonkai and they resized it without a problem! They are friendly and professional, I can't fault them! I'm looking forward to picking up my wedding ring in a few weeks.

Sonkai jewellers have done an excellent job resizing my ring, which no longer fitted.
Thanks to the measures they have put in place, I felt very safe going into their shop in Royal Arcade, Norwich and they were so helpful.
Within a week my ring was ready for collection and its lovely to be able to wear it again. Also had a chance to check out the beautiful pieces available in store too!

Redesign

I inherited 2 rings which I couldn't wear.
With Mallory's excellent design work, combining the gem stones from both and Craig's brilliant craftsmanship I now have a beautiful ring that I love wearing.
The service from start to finish was perfect, I can't thank them enough and will always recommend their services.

We had our engagement ring reset and resized and other items cleaned and restored.
Craig explained in detail how the diamond would be reset . Everything looked like new when finished.
We could not recommend Sonkai too highly.

I needed my wedding ring resized after breaking a finger. Susan was extremely helpful and resized the ring perfectly. The jeweller has done a perfect job of altering it and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this jewellers
