First class service from manageress and her team. My third visit to Gloucester branch on this occasion to select a watch for my son's 30th. Great selection and technical explanation of watches I had shortlisted. A real pleasure in making my purchase and I will use this high end branch again owing to the friendly professional service provided. Well done Gloucester staff.

Friendly staff helped me straight away with what I wanted to look at - no pressure to buy, she just got the item and let me look. I did go ahead and purchase and it came with a lovely jewellery box included which doesn't happen at some other jewellery stores. Reasonable prices, mid range compared to the others in the town centre. Lots of choice.

When you place an order on item that the website is saying that it's in stock and pay for said item you don't expect a call the day after what should have been NEXT DAY DELIVERY to say "Sorry your order has been CANCELLED" then have to go back and forth with customer services to track down the item originally ordered even then the store and delivery service has failed to act accordly and my partner is still waiting for the item..... looking at the tracking information it has not even moved since friday the 21st May .

Why did I expect anything other than poor customer service from another Jewelry chain that has a partner company such as for my previous ONE STAR review of Earnest Jones of Gloucester.

BELIEVE my that IF I could give a ZERO STAR rating for both chains I WOULD without HESITATION !!!!!!!!!

I mean how we have all heard of "Adding INSULT to INJURY" Why do I say all this????

Well a long time ago now I STOPPED A BURGLARY on H Samuels sister company Earnest Jones and YES I STOPPED someone from robbing the Earnest Jones store on Northgate St in Gloucester I had managed to get a hold of the police who arrested the person and took my WITNESS STATEMENT and the person was CHARGED and CONVICTED of ATTEMPTED BURGLARY, I was always led to believe that JEWELLERY STORES USUALLY REWARD YOU for this sort of thing.......... Now after 8 years approx I was given a POULTRY £25 "GIFT CARD" whoopy doo considering what I SAVES them that night. The story was even covered by the local newspaper as I am a part of a organisation of dog owners called "Paws On Patrol"

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY BOTH OUTLETS AND IF THE CAN NOT RECTIFY THIS on my next order for my Daughters birthday I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF BOTH OUTLETS WHEREVER THEY ARE

Will always always go to this store in future, not only due to the jewellery, but the staff, you can’t find a nicer lady than Sharon! Goes above and beyond!
