Most amazing and lovely, helpful staff at the Chester Branch. They were very knowledgeable on what rings would suit us best, what metal is best etc. Good quality rings and very welcoming and friendly - we loved going in to see Sarah! Thanks so much for the positive experience.

Visited this shop twice on Friday. They had the watch we will be buying but couldn't stand the overbearing and pushy woman who badgered us whilst in the shop. We'd bought a watch two years previously for my other daughter's graduation and the woman who dealt with us then, was fantastic. Hence, we went back for our second daughter's graduation gift. We will buy the watch from a different jeweller now.
