I just went in a got me a new watch and all I can say is wow ...the watch I got was quite expensive but they did a price match and brought the price way down which is a real nice touch👍..the staff were very friendly and it was a pleasure to shop there 5*S*T*A*R*S from me well done

Not very pleased with the service. The young lady was nice and helpful, but the manager was quite rude when I asked for a small discount. Thought it was a routine practice for sellers...

Bit of a late review .
Xmas watch brought from here , had to take first one back but staff were great and we found another .

Staff were great and 12mths on watch is great as well .

Very helpful staff!small shop so it was tricky for them to get other customers in while i took forever picking a wedding ring,but they did it well and i found a great ring!

Went there today as my wedding and engagement ring did not fit me properly. I was greeted and served by the manager Sarah. She was so lovely and helpful and I left a very happy customer. Highly recommend this shop good prices lovely selection but most of all excellent service. Thanks again Sarah.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
Went to the shop to get a quote for a ring repair.
The ring went to the Workshop and after A MONTH!!!! We got quoted £309.
To put this into context The ring in question was only worth £30 but it had alot of sentimental value.
We then Went to D.C Leakes which was 1 min walk away And they sorted the ring and resized it for £30 within a week.

COMPLETE SCAM
AVOID.

Only 1 star as the staff in store were approachable and friendly

I went in to get some links removed from my sons watch. Was served by Sarah (i think) who was polite, friendly and really helpful. Was advised to leave it with them so we did. Returned an hour later and it was already done. Would fully recommend using the Nuneaton store. Especially with how outstanding the customer service is.

Both a each online with store pickup and I was able to pickup my watch in one week and this is a bit long . Store staff very polite and helpful.
