Really friendly helpfull member of staff,helped me choose a watch as a belated birthday present for my son.

It was actually the shop at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway but it isn’t shown as a shop option.
The service was fine and the jewellery as ordered, however spending £60 on a bracelet for a Christmas present and you don’t even get a jewellery box for it is a bit ridiculous. It was just handed over in a plastic clip top bag, not exactly great for a gift so now I’ll have to hunt for a jewellery box that fits the bracelet. So overall a bit disappointing.

Desperately short staffed, but had what we wanted so wait worthwhile

Excellent customer service from Noemi ( who apparently was litterally on her first week here)
Noemi was patient and extremely professional with us whilst we were looking for a watch for my mother in laws 80th birthday present.
We were in the shop for over 1 hour and bought her a lovely Rotary watch, which Noemi boxed and wrapped for us .
We would definitely return here in the future.😊

Wasn't blown away with the service here unfortunately. I saw a ring that I liked the look of, tried it on ( too large) and was told that it was the only one in stock. I then asked to try a smaller ring just to verify my size ( any ring). After a cursory glance at one other tray I was told that they didn't have any rings in my size ( I must have been surrounded
by approximately 500 rings). Staff simply seemed disinterested.

Really nice products in store! But the staff was so incompetent and would say rude at the end. I believe that one of the ladies was a new starter as she was asking her colleague, but she seemed to not care at all.
